*Agniveer’ Training Camp Begins in Raigarh, SP Divyang Patel Inspires Aspirants“

Raigarh, October 28:Under the government’s ambitious ‘Agniveer Yojana’, a special training camp for candidates who have cleared the written examination has been inaugurated at Urdaana Police Line, Raigarh.
The camp is being organized under the guidance of Hon’ble Finance Minister O.P. Choudhary, with joint efforts of the district administration and district police.On October 28, Superintendent of Police (SP) Shri Divyang Patel formally inaugurated the training camp. He interacted with the participants from various tehsils of the district and motivated them for the upcoming selection process.
SP Patel mentioned that last year, more than 50 candidates took part in the camp, out of which 15 were successfully selected. He expressed confidence that this year, an even greater number will succeed.While addressing the candidates, SP Patel said: “Selection in the Indian Army is a matter of immense pride for any youth. It is not just an opportunity to serve the nation, but also a symbol of discipline, self-confidence, and patriotism. Make the most of this training camp and stay focused on your goal.”He also encouraged the candidates to motivate other successful examinees from their areas to join the camp.On the occasion, DSP Cyber Cell Shri Anil Vishwakarma was also present. Both officers distributed training kits to the participants, which included track suits, shoes, and other necessary items.
The 45-day training camp will focus on physical, motivational, and discipline-based training. Currently, 45 candidates have enrolled. The training team comprises RI Amit Singh, Line Officer Maniram Sonwani, Platoon Commander Ujjwala Sinha, Head Constable Basant Pandey, and Constable Durga Lakra.Daily activities include fitness drills, running sessions, obstacle training, and motivational sessions aimed at building confidence and readiness for the final selection.
The district police have made full arrangements for accommodation and meals to ensure the trainees can focus completely on their preparation.
